Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related filed or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with in IT

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Respond, log and track support tickets into the IT ticketing system, delegating work to our IT Services company as needed while handling priority work internally.
  • Setup and maintain workstation computers and related equipment.
  • Support installation and upgrade of software applications.
  • Provide on-site support, equipment, and technical services for staff.
  • Assist with the monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of IT systems and networks.
  • Assist with ensuring maximum uptime and stability in the company’s systems and networks.
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and testing of infrastructure security.
  • Work with business to determine IT needs and to assist in the utilization of IT services.
  • Help document processes and activities supporting IT policies and utilization of a change management program.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
  • Set up user accounts and permissions

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications as well as Windows 10
  • Understanding of server and network infrastructures and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Google Suite expertise
  • Experience maintaining printers, troubleshooting laptops
  • Experience with computer hardware components and operating systems
  • Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with firewall configuration and maintenance
