Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Skagit County Washington community. We provide educational, therapeutic, and related services to children with all abilities, specializing in neuromuscular or developmental delays, disorders, or chronic medical conditions. SPARC offers programs for children from birth to age 12, including preschool, therapy, and parent support services.
