As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will provide expert perioperative care while serving as an integral member of the surgical team. You'll assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care throughout the surgical experience, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for every patient.

What You'll Do
- Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with evidence-based practice standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic health record
- Coordinate and delegate care appropriately to support team members
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical colleagues
- Support patient safety, quality initiatives, infection prevention, and departmental goals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum of two years of Operating Room circulating experience in an acute care setting or successful completion of a Periop 101 program within six months
- Demonstrated clinical competence in perioperative nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Scrub experience

- The ability to build positive relationships across interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Basic computer and electronic documentation proficiency
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire
