RN - ICU Stepdown | Full-Time Nights (0.9 FTE)

Pay Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour, based on experience and applicable union agreements.

What You'll Do

As an ICU Stepdown RN, you'll play a critical role in providing compassionate, high-quality care for patients with complex medical needs. You'll:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Delegate and coordinate care appropriately
• Document care accurately within the electronic health record
• Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• At least one year of recent Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care RN experience (within the last 36 months), or current competency to practice independently in the department
  
  

Preferred:

• BSN
• Previous leadership experience
  
  

Required Within 6 Months of Hire:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
