ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time (0.9 FTE), night shift position.

Pay Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour

Additional Incentives

Compensation is based on experience and applicable union agreements.

What You'll Do

As an ICU RN, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Documenting care accurately in the electronic health record
• Delegating and coordinating care with other team members
• Maintaining professional competency through ongoing education
• Supporting quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
  
  

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• At least 1 year of recent ICU experience (within the last 36 months)
  
  

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  
  

Additional Requirements (within 6 months of hire):

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
