What You'll Do
As an ICU RN, you will:
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic health record.
- Delegate and coordinate care activities according to team members' competencies and scope of practice.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
- Continue to develop your professional practice through ongoing education and career development opportunities.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience within the last 36 months.
- Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
