Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45.78 - $82.98 per hour, depending on factors such as education, training, experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement, and multiple openings may be available.

What You'll Do
As an RN on our Intermediate Care team, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional practice standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Delegate and coordinate care activities while supporting team success.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Recent experience (within the last 36 months) in a Progressive Care, Step-Down, or Intermediate Care setting, or currently oriented and independently caring for patients within a similar department
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to patient and family-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
