What You'll Do
- Deliver professional, evidence-based patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Delegate and supervise care appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiatives
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum one year of acute care experience caring for patients with complex medical needs preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and compassionate service
