A Role Designed For Experienced Nurses

As a Float Pool RN, you'll bring your clinical expertise where it's needed most, caring for patients with a variety of complex medical conditions while working alongside exceptional physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.

You'll have the opportunity to:

What You'll Do

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
  • Delegate care appropriately while supporting team success.
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
  • Continue advancing your knowledge through professional development and education.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • Minimum two years of acute care nursing experience caring for patients with complex medical needs.
  • ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required.
  • Relevant non-RN ICU or ED experience may also be considered.

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
