Join Our Team – Classroom Aide

Do you love the wonder and curiosity of infants and toddlers? Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is seeking a caring, energetic Classroom Aide to join our Whitney Campus team. You'll help our youngest learners explore, discover, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As a Classroom Aide, you'll support infants and toddlers through daily care and learning experiences. You'll assist with feeding, diapering, and engaging activities, helping create positive routines that encourage development and trust. You'll also help teachers maintain an organized, welcoming classroom.

Who You Are

You're reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education. A positive attitude and willingness to learn matter more than experience, as training is provided before you begin working directly with children. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or be working toward one. State licensing requirements, including necessary onboarding trainings and documentation, are completed as part of the hiring process.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

This is a part-time position with a schedule that aligns with the Whitney Campus operating hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Exact shifts may vary based on program needs. Pay ranges from $19.35 to $20.53 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include Paid Time Off, access to a 401(k) plan, and an Employee Assistance Program.
