· Translate enterprise-level strategy into clear deliverables, measurable outcomes, and accountable execution plans.

· Provide succinct, data-driven executive communication and program readouts that support rapid decision-making.

· Lead with a hands-on approach—pairing strategic direction with active engagement in operational challenges to accelerate execution.

Planning & Modeling

· Develop & manage build sequencing, prioritization frameworks & deployment readiness models across the footprint.

· Own holistic force-to-load modeling ensuring internal/external teams are aligned to target volumes & timelines.

· Provide early build readiness assessments supporting 1,500 plus annual Enterprise, Wholesale, and Commercial orders, targeting a 95% plus on-time delivery objective.

Milestones & Dependencies

· Track & report major milestones across design, permitting, construction & activation stages of the fiber build lifecycle.

· Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) checklist and readiness process, ensuring every build is fully vetted and prepared for launch—including engineering sign-off, construction validation, address and system readiness, activation prep, and cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing.

· Manage & optimize build funnel, ensuring throughput scales with program objectives & revenue-generating demand.

· Identify and accelerate gap-fill work to unlock additional serviceability and market expansion opportunities.

· Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, ensuring engineering & construction can execute efficiently.

· Provide E2E program direction across engineering, construction, operations, sales support, and field teams to ensure cohesive, efficient execution.

· Manage build performance across the multi-state turf footprint, applying consistent operating standards while adapting to regional conditions.

Leadership & Executive Engagement

· Lead a high-performing, data-driven team that provides operational & process support across FDC.

· Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement—encouraging open communication and sharing of best practices.
