This is a remote position.

Position Title: Revenue Assurance Analyst

$48,750 to $81,250 annually DOE

Job Summary

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible identifying revenue leakage points and collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement corrections. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis and revenue assurance, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitor and analyze revenue transactions to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential risks.

· Identify and correct areas of revenue leakage, including billing errors, contract discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.

· Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights for revenue optimization.

· Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.


· Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience required.

· 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance.

· Experience with telecommunication revenue preferred.

· Strong excel skills and some proficiency with access or other database tools.

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated excellence in problem solving and follow up as necessary to resolve problems.

· Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.

· Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.

· Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
