Full-Time: 32-40 hours a week
Are you a seasoned human resources professional, project manager, or executive assistant with exceptional organizational and project management skills?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our human resources department who can manage multiple priorities, oversee projects, and work independently. The HR Coordinator will roll up their sleeves and work with the team in a hands-on way to implement and manage Human Resources activities. The role will administer daily operational activities including:
- benefit program, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding,
- training and development including ability to present and facilitate trainings,
- HRIS system maintenance and updates, data analysis, reporting, and payroll coordination,
- voluntary and internship program / participant management,
- administration of LOAs, FMLA, ADA and other federal and state leave of absences,
- safety / worker’s compensation, and
- compliance with company and mandated state, federal and local filings/requirements.
In partnership with senior Human Resources leadership this position maintains and enhances the organization’s Human Resources Department by planning, implementing, and evaluating policy, programs and practices. The HR Coordinator is responsible for promoting a work environment that exemplifies the company’s mission and values. They support the organizational capabilities required for short-and long-term business success by leveraging data-driven analytics to assess trends, inform strategic decision-making and driving improvement-based insights.

Qualifications & Benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or organizational development, or equivalent work experience required.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) or HRCI Certified Professional (PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive prior work and experience in people operations / human resources, executive assistant, or project management work.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including HRIS, benefits, compensation, recruiting, employment relations, DEI, performance management, and federal and state employment laws is strongly preferred.
