Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Include the following but are not limited to, other duties may be assigned)

  • Supervision of Birth to three team
  • Responsible for development, implementation, and expansion of program in accordance with agency mission
  • Oversee and assign training, development, and performance management of department.
  • Participate as a member of the leadership team to ensure consistency in policies and procedures
  • Approve staff timesheets, mileage and monthly reimbursement when necessary
  • Troubleshoot issues and concerns that arise and work with the Executive Director to solve problems and maintain positive and successful relationships
  • Complete annual employee reviews and implement improvement plans
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track program progress, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget
  • Responsible for maintenance of case records and files following all HIPPA guidelines and agency procedures.
  • Hold monthly meetings to update b-3 FRC of any needed information
  • Ensure all required contract obligations, deliverables, and ESIT procedures and policies are being administered
  • Responsible for child find and community events and regular disbursement of SPARC rack cards and documentation of events for ESIT to review for each contract year
  • Pull performance indicators for yearly review with support from lead FRC as needed
  • Attend as needed weekly b-3 MDT meetings per request of lead FRC and or on own accord
  • Collaborate and team with b-3 team included all therapists
  • Attend necessary meetings in community, zoom (NDC), Northwest provider meetings, ESIT Quarterly meetings, NW provider meetings, and DDA monthly meetings
  • Understand DDA funding and support team with questions
  • Understand SOPAF for billing of private and state insurance
  • Ability to use and understand ACORNS
  • Understand tasks and responsibilities of FRC from initial intake to IFSP development, initials, annuals and transition conferences

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to supervise a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to evaluate and explain complex information
  • Knowledge of database management

  • Expressed interest or previous experience working with young children is recommended
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Publisher

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A current CPR and First Aid Certificate

Food Handler’s Permit (or to be scheduled for completion within SPARC personnel guidelines and or outside agency).
