FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

The company operates Agronomy, Propane, Refined Fuels, and Wholesale divisions, as well as retail Country Store locations in Washington and Montana. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Serve as a liaison by greeting and directing visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate.
• Provide answers to customer inquiries about their accounts, the company and its services.
• Process and balancing daily paperwork and deposits.
• Process accounts receivables payments, daily payment portals and deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Safely and regularly operate a vehicle to make deliveries, visit various locations, other businesses (post office, bank, office supply stores, etc.).
• Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills.
• Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an emphasis on calculating figures and amounts.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships.
• Proven track record of being dependable and reliable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years’ experience performing general administrative duties.
• Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

SCHEDULE
Full time, 40 hours per week position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualified applicants must
be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
