We’re currently looking for a creative and experienced Digital Video Specialist with a strong portfolio that
demonstrates versatility, storytelling and technical expertise across a range of projects.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with others to develop video concepts and storyboard.
- Plan, coordinate and produce video shoots, including post-production editing, graphics and other
optimization elements. - Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) while ensuring
consistent branding and messaging. - Craft compelling narratives across both long-form content and short-form social media while maintaining
consistent brand identity. - Interpret performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly across platforms to maximize
engagement. - Meet tight deadlines, handle multiple production projects simultaneously and batch content for
consistent delivery schedules. - Transform long-form content into engaging social snippets with platform-appropriate transitions and
attention-grabbing techniques. - Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an
emphasis on developing positive professional relationships. - Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience producing professional quality videos.
- Understanding of core marketing principles with ability to quickly adapt to changing platform
requirements and audience preferences. - Professional experience with video editing and production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Expertise in color correction, grading, and audio editing/mixing adaptable to brand guidelines.
- Excellent creative and technical writing skills with a sharp eye for detail, visual composition, and
storytelling. - Experience with motion graphics and implementing current platform-specific techniques across multiple
content formats.

technical execution. - Deep understanding of social media audience behaviors and optimization strategies with an ability to
implement trending techniques. - Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or certificate in business, marketing, communications, video/graphic design, public
relations or a related field. - 2+ years’ experience managing and growing social media platforms.
- Proficient in operating drones for professional use, with a strong understanding of FAA regulations, safety
protocols and aerial filming techniques.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours/week. Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must be available to work
evenings and/or weekends as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$30.00 – $40.00/hour. After meeting eligibility requirements, benefits include:
