Skagit Farmers Supply, a local cooperative since 1934 based in Burlington, WA, serves farmers, homeowners, businesses, families and communities in the Pacific Northwest. The company operates Agronomy, Propane, Refined Fuels and Wholesale divisions, as well as retail Country Store locations in Washington and Stevensville, Montana. The company’s brands focus on commitment to provide quality products and services to our customers and community partners. The company’s Energy Division is seeking candidates for an Administrative Coordinator at its Main Office in Burlington, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Maintain propane and bulk fuel customer records.

• Invoice, process and maintain propane tank rental information and inventory.

• Create queries & reports based upon driver and propane usage reports.

• Communicate with escrow / title companies on property ownership changes. Track and follow up on existing and new homeowner accounts.

• Input data, dispatch and provide price quotes to customers.

• Provide answers to customer inquiries about the company and its services.

• Assist with bulk fuel routing, account invoices and fuel inventories.

• Provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for resolving issues in a professional manner.

• Develop positive work relationships with other staff. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information.

• Practice punctual and reliable attendance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• Experience working with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams

• Exhibit an ability to learn new tasks quickly and correctly.

• Lift, carry, push, pull and load up to 30 pounds.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Proven track record of being dependable and reliable.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

SCHEDULE

This is a full time, in person, hourly position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualified applicants must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed especially during times of high seasonal demand.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00 – $26.00/hour. After meeting eligibility requirements, benefits include:
