About the Role:This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys supporting others. The Administrative & Operations Coordinator is a central support role that helps keep the organization running smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. This position provides day-to-day administrative support to our team, maintains organized systems and records, and ensures that key processes - from meetings to donor acknowledgments - are handled with consistency and care. You’ll work across multiple functions, including administration, data entry, and basic communications support. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a steady flow of tasks and priorities. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through reliably, and contributes to a well-organized and effective office environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, service-minded, and takes pride in doing things well. What We Offer:Starting Compensation: $30.00-$35.00/hour (DOE)Schedule: 24-40 hours per week (consistent, mutually agreed schedule to meet the needs of the right candidate)Benefits (eligible following successful completion of a 90-day introductory period): Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match; $500/month medical insurance stipend; $200/month health & wellness stipend.Paid Time Off: 3 workweeks of vacation (prorated based on schedule); sick leave; 10 paid holidays.Work Environment: Collaborative, values-driven team culture.
