YOUR DAY AS A MARINA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
You're at the heart of the action in the bustling Cap Sante Marina at the Port's Harbormaster's Office as a Marina Customer Service Representative. Your day is a mix of administrative tasks and guest interaction--opening and closing procedures, cash handling, processing payments, securing customer information, managing reservations, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
But the best part? You're the go-to resource for guests! You'll answer questions in person, by phone, email, and even over VHF radio (don't worry--we'll teach you!). You'll share insider tips on the best local restaurants, scenic trails, outdoor adventures, and hidden gems that make Anacortes unforgettable. By educating guests, you also help ensure compliance with marina rules and best practices.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 18 years old or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Ability to read and speak English

WORK SCHEDULE
Seasonal Marina Customer Service Representatives work five shifts each week between 7:45 am - 6:15 pm, including weekends and holidays.
SEASONAL STAFF BONUS PROGRAM
Seasonal employees who work 440+ hours in the peak season (April-October) will be eligible for a $1,000 end-of-season bonus paid on their last paycheck, a $2,500 tuition stipend paid directly to an accredited college, university, academy, or trade school, or a $3,000 tuition stipend for a maritime-related program paid directly to an accredited college, university, academy, or trade school.
