YOUR DAY AS A SEASONAL FACILITIES ASSISTANT

You perform a variety of tasks that keep our facilities safe, clean, secure, and in world-class shape as a Facilities Assistant. You assist with grounds maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, concrete work, and electrical, as well as other general maintenance on equipment, vehicles, and machinery. You'll pick up valuable skills along the way as we teach you everything you need to know. Safety is always your top priority in all aspects of your job. Your ability to interact with customers and your fellow employees with a friendly demeanor helps you excel in your job. As a team player, you are quick to help where you're needed. You enjoy working outdoors, the variety each day brings, and the opportunity to develop your maintenance skills!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 18 years old or older
• Good computer skills
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
• Ability to read and speak English

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, including rare overtime or holidays.

SEASONAL STAFF BONUS PROGRAM

Seasonal employees who work 440+ hours in the peak season (April-October) will be eligible for a $1,000 end-of-season bonus paid on their last paycheck, a $2,500 tuition stipend paid directly to an accredited college, university, academy, or trade school, or a $3,000 tuition stipend for a maritime-related program paid directly to an accredited college, university, academy, or trade school.
