Requisition Summary

 

The Program Administrator will help support program managers in the coordination and administration of programs to ensure compliance with all Division and Corporate standards and on-time implementation of each project. The project administrator will also help support the project management system as a back-up to the current administrator. Furthermore, they will help with administration activities such as budgeting, scheduling, purchasing and part tracking and end user or engineering test lead support.

Division Information

 

The PACCAR Technical Center provides engineering excellence to the truck, engine, and winch divisions of PACCAR Inc through innovative product development and testing. 

This role will be located at the PACCAR Technical Center - Mt. Vernon, WA 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

 

Project System Support

  • Support end users with questions and provide training
  • Review all requests and projects for accuracy
  • Resolve issues as they are identified
  • Support testing and any releases
  • Update and maintain documentation

 

 

Program Staff Support

 

Provide support to program management staff as needed.  Duties include:

  • Parts tracking
  • Schedule management and project tracking
  • Process documentation
  • Budgeting and forecasting support
  • Metrics, Tracking and Reporting
  • Purchasing

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrate ability to generate solutions based on business needs
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of business process, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in an abstract and fast paced environment.

Education

 

BS degree in related field.
