This job posting is for Practicum and Intern students who have APPROVED placements with the Mount Vernon School District for their internship program. Please complete an intern application as part of your first step in your onboarding with our district.

Please list the building principal of your host school under the one "required reference" in the application system. The application
system will forward a form for the principal to complete that confirms your pre-authorized placement.

University and College Placement coordinators may contact the Mount Vernon School District Personnel Department seeking a placement for their student. The Mount Vernon School District recognizes the importance of an internship for a student's program, however we are unable to accommodate all placement requests received. We encourage interns to have alternate districts to ensure placement for the completion of their program.
