Legend Brands is seeking Machine Operators on the Day and Swing shifts at our Burlington WA location. Operate rotational molding machinery, ancillary equipment, and tools in the fabrication of molded polyethylene components for industrial equipment applications. This position requires great upper body strength, and the ability to use repetitive movements to run the machines and add material.

Day shift starts at $18.00 per hour, There is a $2.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on the Swing Shift with an excellent benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, 100% company paid pension and more.

10 hour per day shifts with standing most of the time. The day shift schedule is 5:00 am-3:30 pm Monday - Thursday, the Swing schedule is Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM. There is a potential for overtime on either shift as business requires.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and basic experience with power tools.
• Basic ability to set up and run machines.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and use repetitive motions to run machinery, particularly overhead movements.

Education and/or Experience:

• Must have previous employment for at least 1 year, any type of job.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
