We are hiring a Part-Time Scale Attendant / POS Team Member to cover Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Pay: $19–$24/hour (DOE)

This role runs the scale house independently, managing customer transactions and traffic flow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of the operation on weekends—helping customers, answering phones, and keeping everything moving smoothly.

The Location:

Based in Mount Vernon, just north of Highway 20, in the beautiful Skagit Valley. This is a working compost facility, so expect vehicle traffic, dust, noise, and a true hands-on environment—not a desk job.
