The Role:
Keep our Maintenance Service Team running smoothly by managing parts, tracking inventory, and supporting maintenance workflows. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail and organization matter.

- Work well with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and office staff
Responsibilities:
- Order and track parts for trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Issue and close POs, process invoices, and support scheduling
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and organized workflows
Requirements:
- Experience in parts ordering, inventory management, or service coordination (transportation, equipment, or automotive preferred)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
