The Role:
We’re seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator to join our Maintenance Service Team. In this role, you’ll ensure our shop and fleet operations run smoothly by managing parts procurement, tracking inventory, and keeping maintenance workflows organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order parts for trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Receive, track, and manage incoming parts inventory.
- Issue and close purchase orders (POs).
- Process invoices for completed work orders.
- Support the maintenance team with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in parts ordering, inventory management, or service coordination (transportation, equipment, or automotive industry preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to work with a variety of people—drivers, mechanics, vendors, and office staff.
