Job Description:

Lautenbach Recycling is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team at our Dirt Site Construction location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction operations, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our construction site. THIS POSITION IS IN BELLINGHAM, WA Must be local to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling ground.
• Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site.
• Operate basic construction equipment and tools as needed.
• Clean and maintain job sites, including removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a similar labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Valid drivers license to do store runs.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
