Description:

Judd & Black Appliance is an 85-year-old, locally owned and family operated independent appliance and barbecue retailer with six locations in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.

Summary of Position:

Entry Level position responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls, prescreening, scheduling, and routing deliveries, coordinating with delivery staff, and assisting customers with issues. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Schedule and coordinate shipping & receiving of freight into our warehouse facility.

Wages/Schedule:

· Full Time – 5 days per week.

· Weekends required.

· $17.25 - $20.00 per hour. (Starting wage is $17.25)

· Pay increase based upon performance and rate of proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Punctual and dependable.

· Have a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude.

· Capable of using multi-line phones.

· Capable of using standard Windows based computers/programs.

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Be able to read, write and speak English.

· Be able to type efficiently and accurately.

· Be able to lift up to 30lbs.
