What you will do: Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to; approach all work tasks with a safety-minded work ethic, set up and operate equipment according to established procedures, measure and/or check material visually and/or physically to ensure product meets quality standards, record manufacturing data utilizing a computer, etc.
Multiple work schedules available Monday – Friday*, which include flexible start times for certain positions.
- 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm) – Start time can be flexed between 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm*
- 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30am) – Start time can be flexed between 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm*
- Optional work schedules: 5x8s or 4x10s*
* As business levels increase, some daily or weekend ‘overtime’ may be necessary.
* Some positions offer more flexible start times than others.
* 4x10s schedules are optional after completion of the 90-day probationary period.
Minimum starting qualifications:
Below are the minimum qualifications for Process Technician and CNC Operator but there may be additional qualifications and requirements based on the specific job duties for the specific position that you ultimately apply for.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Applicants must present proof of US Person status prior to hire
- Stable work history, preferably in manufacturing and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work all shifts and have a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Competitive Compensation:
- Starting pay is job specific with entry-level positions starting at $22.15/hour to $31.92/hour for positions requiring the highest level of experience.
- Employees assigned to swing shift receive a shift premium of $1.75/hour.
- Employees assigned to grave shift receive a shift premium of $2.00/hour.
