Position Overview

Foothills Toyota, a part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group is currently seeking a full-time Service Valet to join our fast paced, friendly and fun atmosphere. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will set the tone for their entire service experience. The ideal candidate possesses a friendly, upbeat attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming service drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Hospitality & Greeter: Warmly greet all customers entering the service area with a professional, upbeat attitude. Answer initial questions and efficiently direct guests to the appropriate service advisor or location.
• Traffic & Parking Coordination: Actively manage and control the flow of traffic in the service lane to prevent congestion. Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles.
• Vehicle Intake & Documentation: Determine if incoming customers have scheduled appointments. Accurately record vital vehicle information, including the customer’s name, VIN, tag number, current mileage, and any pre-existing vehicle damage.
• Service Drive Maintenance: Maintain a pristine, safe, and professional service drive area. Ensure the drive is kept free of debris, dirt, water, leaves, snow, and ice.
• Team Collaboration: Assist service advisors with various duties at the service counter and around the lot to ensure seamless operations.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress code standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, valet, or automotive dealership role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personality!
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Attitude: A positive, energetic, and helpful demeanor.
• Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions is a preferred asset.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and safely maneuver vehicles in tight spaces.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
