We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Selling Specialist to join our expanding team.

About You

• You have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for building client relationships.

You also have the following:

• Demonstrated success in direct sales and social selling in a B2B or B2C environment.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, social media platforms, automated sales/marketing systems, and targeted advertising platforms.

• Creative software experience preferred

• CMS experience preferred.

• Digital Marketing Certifications preferred.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to present information effectively to top management and diverse audiences.

• Ability to respond to inquiries and participate in meetings with clarity and persuasiveness.

Responsibilities

New Client Development

• Develop and execute a Sales Action Plan for targeted outreach to secure a minimum of one new client per week

• Utilize sales lead tools to connect with 100 new prospective decision-makers weekly through various channels.

• Implement consultative selling techniques and omnichannel communications to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Experience Management:

• Execute the Express Total Client Care strategy to achieve 70% or higher client retention.

• Onboard new clients effectively, establishing clear expectations and accurate account setup

• Conduct Business Reviews and Renewal terms annually, showcasing additional services and solutions.

**Marketing Communication:
**·         Execute a Marketing Action Plan to elevate the Express brand and generate two client referrals/leads per month.
·         Collaborate with the internal team to develop quarterly marketing and engagement strategies.
·         Utilize social media platforms and targeted advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.

**Team Collaboration:
**·         Work closely with the internal team to ensure sales and recruiting efforts are aligned.
·         Collaborate on planning and promoting special events to increase brand awareness.

**Tools & Resources:
**·         Sales lead tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dun & Bradstreet, ReferenceUSA, Google Alerts)
·         Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
·         Automated sales/marketing systems (Click2Sell, SOCi, Emma)
·         Targeted advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Matched Audiences, DemandBase, Terminus, Facebook, Google)
·         Operating platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Bookings, ChatGPT, Whippy)
