Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with an Oak Harbor self storage facility to recruit for a dependable Groundskeeper/Maintenance Helper to support daily upkeep. You get to help keep the grounds clean, assist with light repairs, and ensure the facility remains safe and welcoming for tenants.

What you get to do:

• Grounds Maintenance: Mow, trim, sweep, remove debris, and maintain landscaping across the property

• Facility Upkeep: Clean drive aisles, pressure‑wash surfaces, and keep units and common areas tidy

• Light Repairs: Assist with minor fixes such as replacing light bulbs, tightening hardware, and basic painting

• Customer‑Ready Standards: Ensure vacant units are clean and ready for new tenants

• Safety Monitoring: Report hazards, damaged units, or security concerns to onsite management

What you need to be successful:

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or general labor preferred

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

• Basic mechanical or handyman skills a plus

• Strong reliability, self‑motivation, and attention to detail

Schedule: Thursday and Friday from 11:00AM to 3:00PM

Pay: $18.00
