Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a detail‑oriented Conformal Coat Masking/Unmasking Technician to join a respected contract electronics manufacturer known for delivering high‑reliability solutions to aerospace, medical, and industrial leaders for more than 50 years.

If you enjoy hands‑on, precision‑focused work, this role puts you at the heart of product protection and quality.

What you get to do:

• Ability to carefully and concisely apply masking materials, i.e. tape, liquid latex and masking boots per engineering drawings and picture masking aids

• Remove masking materials

• Responsible for conformance to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or conformal coating preferred

• Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small components

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions

• Ability to accurately distinguish between colors used in wiring, labels, and PCB markings (job‑related requirement)

• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency

• Ability to perform job‑related physical activities such as standing, reaching, and handling small tools

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Pay: $17.50
