A well-established company in the automation, electrical, and controls sector is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This confidential employer has partnered with Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon to recruit for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage the full accounting cycle and support a busy technical operation.

What you get to do:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

• General ledger entries and maintenance

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Month-end and year-end closing

• Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records

• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports

• Maintain job costing and project accounting

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking

• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and audits

• Maintain organized and compliant financial records

• Provide general administrative support as needed

What you need to be successful:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 (DOE)
