Our client is a leading manufacturer of dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, vacuums, and specialized cleaning chemicals used across restoration, industrial, and commercial environments. We are partnering together to recruit a skilled Service Technician to join their growing team and support customers through equipment diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and technical guidance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical and electrical work, problem-solving in the field or shop, and representing a respected brand known for reliability and innovation.

What you get to do:

• Perform repairs on the full line of equipment. Predominantly air movers and dehumidifiers

• Ensure that turnaround time on repairs meet requirements

• Provide customer follow-up calls on the service they received

• Document condition of items received for repair

• Troubleshoot equipment received for repair

• Provide repair quotes for non-warranty repairs

• Obtain customer approval for non-warranty repairs and/or disposition of product should the repair declined

• Repair and package warranty and non-warranty equipment

• Processing replacement orders for repaired equipment being sent back to customers

• Deliver repaired equipment to shipping department

• Process spare parts orders and service inventory counts

• Package repairs for return shipment

• Inspect, repackage, and credit items returned for credit

• Performs other related duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Skilled in providing excellent customer service

• Ability to maintain confidential data management

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 (DOE)
