Our client, a mission‑driven social services organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing housing instability, is seeking a compassionate and organized Housing Administrative Assistant.

This position offers a chance to build administrative experience while contributing to a supportive, community-focused environment. 

What you get to do:

• Handling data entry

• Answering phone calls

• Assisting with general customer service needs

• Maintaining accurate records

• Greeting or directing callers with professionalism

• Helping staff with basic administrative tasks 

What you need to be successful:

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

• A friendly, service-oriented approach 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM 

Pay: $25.00
