Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with a local cold storage and fish processing facility. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join the team.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at this facility.

What you get to do: • Creating and printing Labels (for both Production and Warehouse) • Saving creating Labels in Bartender files and folders • Answering phones • Accounts Receivable Ageing (monthly past due list) • Sending Statements and Invoices to Customers • Filing • Creating yearly Customer files and purging/retaining old files • Office Inventory (Office Depot/Costco) • Daily Mail • Answering Customer requests (able to research information in a WMS System) • Event planning (placing and picking up anniversary cake orders) • Maintaining Office (cleanup/dishes/coffee/restock) • Signing Customers In and Out • Tracking Label Inventory and placing orders

What you need to be successful: • Bilingual in Spanish and English • Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook (Bartender a plus) • Very organized and detail oriented • Must be able to alphabetically and numerically sort and file documents • Good mathematical skills

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $17.50
