This client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical services across commercial and residential projects. The position provides accurate financial statements, project cost updates, and cash flow reports to the owner and project team, ensures compliance with insurance and tax requirements, and supports the owner with short term decisions when needed.

What you get to do:

• Manage payroll
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Invoicing
• Taxes
• Financial reporting
• Overseeing daily office tasks like phones, supplies, and customer/vendor interactions

What you need to be successful:

• QuickBooks
• A/P and A/R
• Invoicing
• Taxes and Financial Reporting

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $25.00
