We are partnering with a compassionate and well-respected mental and behavioral health agency to recruit a Receptionist/Administrative Support Specialist. This temporary role goes through January and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

What you get to do:

• Triaging calls and directing communication between staff, clients, and families
• Assisting clients, families, and partner agencies in getting answers to questions
• Helping de-escalate situations with empathy and professionalism
• Monitoring program expenditures and supporting budget tracking
• Coordinating and maintaining management information systems
• Ensuring strict client confidentiality at all times
• Providing general clerical support to clinical and medical staff as assigned

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in administrative or clerical support (healthcare or social services a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Proficiency with office software and data systems
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $23.50
