Our client, a leading supplier in the fluidics industry, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. What you get to do:

• Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin and thread gauges, and smart scope to monitor and ensure quality of production parts for conformance to specifications
• Perform and record routine self-inspections of first articles and in-process work in accordance with established quality procedures
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings with some assistance from more experienced employees
• Willing to work overtime to maintain production schedule
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as necessary to maintain production schedule
• Participate in Daily Management meetings and identify obstacles and improvement ideas
• Encourage and promote teamwork, participation, and collaboration
• Regular and predictable attendance required
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable assigned from time to time by the employer or its designated representative
• Responsible for keeping immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety and quality

What you need to be successful:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Metrology experience preferred

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Pay: $18.00
