Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with a company who’s mission is to provide housing opportunities in our community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join this team as a Housing Generalist. The Housing Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our housing programs, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service for their residents.

What you get to do: · Answering phones · Receive and process housing applications · Prepare recertification packets · Conduct interviews with applicants · Determine documentation needed · File documentation · Conduct initial and annual inspections · Use office equipment such as multi-line phones, printing centers, postage machines

What you need to be successful: · Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced atmosphere. · High standards for work ethics; punctual, dependable, organized and able to follow instructions. · Ability to learn, follow and apply regulations · Excellent communication skills, and an ability to work positively and cooperatively with the rest of the team, landlords, customers, staff and community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $18.10 - $23.80 (DOE)
