As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process of engineered wood products, contributing to the efficiency, quality, and safety standards of operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a great environment where teamwork, dedication, and attention to detail are valued.

What you get to do:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment involved in the production of engineered wood products while following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
• Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and cleanliness standards

What you need to be successful:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Can do attitude!

Pay: $21.00

Schedule: 5:50 AM–6:00 PM, 12-hour shifts with rotating days off
