Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our client’s warehouse operations. Our client is a well-established electrical supply distributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, inventory management, operations management, and supply chain processes. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products through the warehouse, maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
• Coordinate demand planning and production planning activities to align with supply chain requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Monitor freight operations and manage relationships with transportation providers for timely deliveries.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for all warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with materials management, dispatching, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with demand planning and production planning methodologies is preferred.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $52,000 - $62,000 (DOE)
