Express is hiring for a paralegal for a busy Mount Vernon business transaction, estate planning and estate settlement law firm. Their dedicated and highly tenured staff is seeking a like-minded individual to join the team. They have 5 attorneys/partners in their office and are looking for a paralegal to support their Estate Planning team.

Location: Mount Vernon, WA

Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM

What you need to be successful:

• Long-term employment history displaying loyalty and dedication
• An eagerness to learn and grow within an organization
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A high level of professionalism
• Typing skills of 40+ WPM with accuracy
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

What you’d get to do:

• Transcribing
• Verifying accuracy of legal documents
• Researching, drafting, and generating documents
• Redlining, editing, and proofreading
