We are looking for a Weld Fabrication Shop Helper who is** **mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working indoors and out. If you are a motivated self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and are dedicated, collaborative, professional, results-oriented, and reliable, we think you might be a great addition to our team and would love to learn more about you. Responsibilities associated with the position, including shop safety, forklift & crane operation, shipping & receiving, deburring finished parts, machine maintenance, & cleaning/housekeeping in the shop and yard.

What you need to be successful: • Dependable, responsible, and reliable • Mechanical aptitude with sound reasoning skills • Experience working with power/air tools • Ability to operate a Forklift • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and managers • A flexible team player who can also work independently • Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed • Safety conscious behavior • Valid Washington State Driver’s License

What you get to do: • Ensure shops are clean in appearance including removing trash and sweeping as required. • Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work. • Cutting grass, stocking supplies, emptying garbage, unpacking delivered materials, and other general shop help.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 (DOE)

What you need to be successful:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not required
• Experience working with power/air tools
• Ability to operate a Forklift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attendance

Education and Experience • High school or equivalent • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not required.

Work Attire: Steel-toed boots
