Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing repair, and contract administration preferred. Licenses and other requirements: Must have or be able to obtain other required endorsements, certificates, and licenses required for position. Valid Washington State driver's license.
