Full-Time (36–40 hrs/week) | $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ (+$1.00/hour Anacortes location differential)

A great infant and toddler classroom doesn't happen by accident. It grows from thoughtful routines, meaningful relationships, plenty of patience, and a teacher who knows how to make each child feel safe enough to explore.

We're looking for a Lead Teacher at Whitney Campus who can create that kind of environment for our youngest learners.

You'll lead a nurturing classroom where infants and toddlers can play, discover, build new skills, and develop at their own pace. You'll plan developmentally appropriate experiences, establish consistent routines, observe and support each child's growth, and build strong relationships with families.

We're looking for someone who brings warmth, patience, and thoughtful leadership to the classroom. You understand that young children communicate in many different ways and that seemingly ordinary parts of the day-from mealtimes and transitions to songs, stories, and play-can become opportunities for connection and growth.
