$22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ (+$2.00/hour Concrete location differential)

Teens don't need another place where adults decide what they should be interested in. They need a place where someone pays attention to what excites them-and helps them run with it.

That's what we're looking for at our Concrete Club.

As our Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator, you'll help shape an after-school program where teens can connect, try new things, build confidence, and feel like they belong. You'll get to know the teens in the program and use their interests to create activities that keep them engaged-whether that's theater, games, leadership opportunities, creative projects, or something they haven't thought of yet.

Theater is an important piece of this role. You'll lead acting, improv, performances, and other opportunities for creative expression. But this isn't a job spent entirely rehearsing for the next show. Your primary role is helping lead a strong teen program and being a consistent, positive adult teens can count on.

We're looking for someone who brings creativity, initiative, and a willingness to jump in. Experience in theater, drama, or performing arts is required, and experience working with teens is preferred. You must also be 23+ to work with our high school members.
