Club Director – High School Program
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County
Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | $25.51–$27.06 DOE/DOQ

High school is a time of figuring things out - what you're good at, what you care about, where you fit, and what might come next. Sometimes having the right adult in your corner can make all the difference.

We're looking for a Club Director who wants to be that person while leading a Club where teens can belong, have fun, try new things, and be themselves.

Gaming? Sports? Music? Art? Something you know absolutely nothing about? Great. You don't have to share every interest our teens have. You do need to be curious enough to listen, willing to learn, and excited to turn their interests into opportunities for connection, confidence, and growth.

As Club Director, you'll lead the staff and daily operations that make it all possible. You'll coach and develop your team, keep programs moving, build relationships with families and community partners, and create a safe, welcoming place teens actually want to be.

We're looking for someone who can be a mentor, supporter, and cheerleader - while knowing when a teen needs a little extra push. Someone who celebrates the wins, helps teens recognize their strengths, and shows up consistently.

You'll need experience working in youth development, school-age, early learning, or a related setting, along with experience supervising staff and supporting program operations. Applicants must be at least 23 and meet or be able to meet Washington State DCYF Site Leader or Center Program Supervisor requirements.

Think you could be the leader and champion our teens need? We'd love to meet you.

Please fully review the Job Description for position requirements and details prior to applying, then tell us what you'd bring to the Club.
