Teen Program Specialist – Sedro-Woolley Club
$22.50 - $23.87 DOE/DOQ | Approximately 25-29 hours/week

The teenage years are full of possibilities, and having the right person in their corner can make all the difference.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is looking for a Teen Program Specialist who knows how to meet teens where they are, build genuine connections, and create experiences that keep them coming back. From sports and gaming to leadership, recreation, and career exploration, you'll turn everyday activities into opportunities for teens to learn, grow, and discover what they're capable of.

In this role, you'll help strengthen a teen program where young people feel like they belong. You might organize a tournament, lead a new activity, coordinate a service project, help someone prepare a resume, or simply make time for a conversation that matters. Along the way, you'll encourage teens to try new things, develop leadership skills, build healthy relationships, and prepare for what's ahead.

We're looking for someone who understands that strong programs start with strong relationships. You're approachable, dependable, and comfortable balancing fun with clear expectations and positive boundaries. You bring creativity and energy to activities while recognizing that sometimes the most meaningful part of the job is simply showing up consistently for the young people who count on you.

Each day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to bring your own ideas and personality to a growing teen program. If you're excited to create memorable experiences while helping young people recognize their strengths and build confidence in their future, this could be the role for you.

Join us at the Sedro-Woolley Club and help create a space where teens feel connected, encouraged, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
